Bee Beautiful Bundles Frequently Asked Questions


At Bee Beautiful Bundles, we take pride in providing our Queens (the customers) with  high quality, virgin human hair!  We also pride ourself in providing an excellent Queen Care experience. Bee Beautiful Bundles offers 100% grade 8A virgin human hair at a reasonable price. Every order placed is thoroughly inspected for quality and accuracy, per the order specifications. Please note that our hair comes from different sources; thus, while we guarantee the authenticity of our product, we do not guarantee that the pattern, color, or texture will match exactly from one order to the next.


What are the hours of operation for Bee Beautiful Bundles?

The Queen Team:

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays

Sunday: Closed (no orders are shipped)

What grade of hair does Bee Beautiful Bundles use?

The Queen Team:

All of our hair is 100% grade 8A virgin human hair.


How many bundles will I need to complete an install (sew-in)?

The Queen Team:

Three bundles are recommended for a complete installation between the lengths of 14-20 inches. For lengths 20 inches or greater, we suggest four or more bundles. However, depending on how full you want your hair to appear, you may want to purchase more bundles. Below you will find a suggestion chart:


Please Note: Longer lengths equal thinner ends.



Can the virgin hair be dyed and/or bleached?

The Queen Team:

Yes. Bee Beautiful Bundles can be dyed or bleached to achieve the desired color. (We suggest having a professional stylist perform these services). Please note that whenever you dye, lighten, straighten, heat, or otherwise process virgin hair in any way, it can decrease the overall lifespan of the hair.


Is the virgin hair true to the length of purchase?

The Queen Team:

All hair is true to length, meaning the inch you order is the inch you will receive. All curly/wavy  patterns must pulled to be measured for true length.


Do you sell individual Bundles as well as Bundles Deals?

The Queen Team:

Bee Beautiful Bundles sells both individual bundles and bundles deals. Please note: Bee Beautiful Bundles reserves the rights to start and stop any and all bundles deals as the company sees fit, without prior knowledge.


How much is shipping?

The Queen Team:
Bee Beautiful Bundles ships our packages out via USPS Priority Mail:



Orders ship within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Please note: orders require 2-3 business days for delivery, after processing. Both Priority Standard and Express Shipping include $100 worth of carrier insurance. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned. We are also not responsible for lost merchandise or packages. USA shipping only!


How long is the processing time?

The Queen Team:

Bee Beautiful Bundles’ processing time is 1- 5 business days for our Priority Standard or Express shipping options. If for any reason our processing time has fallen behind schedule, we will notify our customers by email or phone.


Note: At Bee Beautiful Bundles we do our best to process “express shipments” by 5:00 PM EST the same day, provided the order is placed before 12:00 PM EST. Once an express shipment order has been placed, please contact a Bee Beautiful Bundles customer service representative to verify that we have received your request.


How long will it take for my order to arrive once it is processed? Is a package signature required?

The Queen Team:

3-5 business days is the standard delivery time for Bee Beautiful Bundles. Express Shipping is 1-2 days, excluding Sundays. A signature is required for all packages. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, in the event that you are unable to sign for your package, you may call USPS and request that they hold the package for pickup or schedule a new delivery date. Packages sent via USPS can be held for up to 15 calendar days.


Is it possible to have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?

The Queen Team:

Unfortunately, that is not possible. All Queens (customers) must have confirmed and matching billing and shipping addresses for each transaction (per our merchant services agreement). Your order will be shipped to the address you enter upon checkout. It is important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting your payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or inclement weather. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Can my order be processed the same day?

The Queen Team:

Yes. Same-day order processing is possible; however, please allow Bee Beautiful Bundles to follow the 1-5 business day window for processing orders so that we may ensure total accuracy. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received, regardless of Priority Standard or Express shipping.


Can I return the hair and receive my money back? (REFUNDS/EXCHANGES)

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY; NO EXCEPTIONS

At Bee Beautiful Bundles we pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best grade 8A virgin hair. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be exchanged within 3 business days.


The hair must be in its original condition (no brushing or combing; can not be picked, cut, or washed; no installation or other altering and/or separating of the hair). All hair must be in its original packaging. Exchanges will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it. Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed.


If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture or length, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship replacement hair until the original order has been received and inspected by the Bee Beautiful Bundles team. If you want to exchange an item, you must call our customer service number within 24 Hours of receiving your package. We request that you send us a photo of the product you’d like to exchange along with the reason for the exchange.


After meeting the above conditions, bundles may be returned within 2 days of receipt for an exchange.
